WORKSHOP SERIES: Introduction to Meditation
Fridays  from February 2 – March 9 || 7:30 – 8:30am

In this 6 week series, a different meditation technique will be explored in each session. In each class, a new technique will be taught and time will be given to meditate with an opportunity for discussion at the end of each meditation. Come to all six sessions or drop-in when you can. No experience necessary.
