In this exploratory workshop you will learn how to find balance between effort and ease in a meditation practice. The workshop will begin with a brief discussion and then move between sitting and walking meditation. This workshop is perfect for beginners and people with experience. If you have a meditation practice, but have rarely sat with a group, this workshop is also great for you.
