If you have an old injury, a new injury or just never want to stop climbing, then join instructor Ryan Schuler for an evening of injury prevention and recovery. In this clinic participants will learn about structural and biomechanical alignment and how they play into climbing. Then, using various self assessment techniques, stretching/rolling methods and muscle activation/stabilization exercises; Ryan will guide you on how to achieve a more natural range of motion. This will allow the shoulder and arm to function the way they are meant to keeping you on the wall and your guide book dry from tears.
